May Member Meeting

Join us for our monthly member meeting with Guest Speaker:

Andi Wright as she helps you harness the conative side, where you can achieve maximum productivity with the least amount of effort.

Prepare to unlock the power of the three parts of your mind and to harness the conative side, where you can achieve maximum productivity with the least amount of effort. In this workshop, you'll discover a common language to identify, articulate, and unleash your unique abilities. By aligning how you naturally take action, you'll not only increase your impact but also find more joy in your professional and personal lives. Dive deep into understanding your conative assessment results and learn how to leverage them to enhance engagement, productivity, and overall confidence. As we gain insight into ourselves, we cultivate leadership by leaning into our strengths. Following registration, participants will receive an email containing a link to complete conative assessment that must be completed prior to the session.

Andi Wright is the founder of CTP Solutions, LLC and our NAWIC Detroit Chapter Vice President. She has over 25 years’ experience in coaching, training, process development, strategic direction, and project management.

As a change leader, Andi has had the opportunity to experience many facets of business, giving her a unique vantage point and proven solutions to corporate problems.  Regardless of the type of organization she is working with, people and leadership are key to success. How they communicate, how they interact as a team, how they address and solve problems together are all critical to achieving their desired outcomes. She facilitates this understanding by guiding the organization in enhancing communication, establishing processes and protocols, and providing the training and coaching often needed to effectively operationalize those processes and assure their long-term success.
